| Methodical |
Bill, I really like your methodical, controlled, conservative
investment style. Specifically, after achieving above-year-targets,
your conservative preservation of the gain at 35.4%, is admirable.
This is the kind of sound strategy which your subscribers
benefit the most from.
Happy New Year, Stuart Cracraft

| Disciplined
Approach |
To all subscribers: (posted on our Service Bulletin Board)
I have been a subscriber to Bill Ragsdale's letter for several
years and it is the best of all investment letter I have followed.
The hardest thing to do is to have the discipline to follow
his signals and not to deviate. It is not much fun, but you
only increase your wealth. Keep up the good work, Bill.

Thanks
for finally making Good Fortune available by e-mail. I do
a lot of traveling, and it's great to know that I won't
miss an issue when I'm on the road!
I've been a subscriber for about 3 years now, and am very
(make that extremely!) pleased with the overall results
of following your Maximum Compounding Plan.
Thanks to Good Fortune, we've been able buy a new house,
and use some of our GF profits for the down payment. For
the record, I had been a subscriber to the Fidelity Monitor
for several years (actually I still subscribe, but more
for reference only), and am just thrilled with your results
vs. Fidelity Monitor's.
Keep up the good work! (Feel free to quote me!)

I
hope you remember me. I was one of your first subscribers
when you were advertising on Prodigy.
I took a buy-out from my company last year and have started
day trading tech stocks for a living. I still have 95% of
my portfolio with Fidelity including my retirement IRA.
I thought that I could manage my Fidelity funds using my
system so I let my Good Fortune subscription expire. Well,
I was wrong. Your system is the best I have seen and it
just takes too much energy away from my day trading activities
to even come close. Here is my renewal.
Thanks, Tony Barr, Mooresville, NC

| "Exemplary" |
|
The
result is strongly exemplary towards showing a successful
sector-based approach as compared to my years-past buy-and-hold.
I have no doubt now about continuing using strictly Good
Fortune buy and sell signals only and not varying as I have
roundly reviewed Good Fortune and advisory letter m and
publicly stated my preference for Good Fortune solely.
So thanks for lending the expertise in your newsletter and
I sure hope that you continue for AT LEAST 10 MORE YEARS!!!!
I.E. DON'T "RETIRE" !!!!!!

Record |

(On
the day of the Dow 554 point decline) I was going to call
last week and tell you what a phenomenal newsletter this
is. And how year after year you've outperformed all the
rest of those turkeys.
I got my newsletter this morning thinking that we'd be at
about 31% and I see the gain is really up 50%. I don't know
how you do it 'cause the rest of the people are jumping
off tall buildings.
Again, I love your newsletter and I love your track record.

Dear Investor,
The
Good Fortune investment advisory letter uses a proven statistical
model to achieve superior investment returns using Fidelity
sector funds.
Nationally
recognized and ranked by Hulbert Financial Digest, the Good Fortune Advisory Letter is a both a mutual
fund Trading System, Market Timing Service, and source of
sound Financial Life-Cycle Planning. We have been publishing Good Fortune for 15-years.
It
provides timely information, clear, specific buy/sell instructions
and a bright, informative editorial. We use an intensely researched,
short diversified list of Fidelity mutual funds to achieve
overwhelming profitability.
Each
Thursday, starting at 4:00 p.m. I add the latest market data.
Then my analytic computer program creates the priority list
of funds from best to worse. Finally it confirms the optimum
choice for growth, diversification and income.
After
that I write-up the results for you along with commentary.
The last feature in a brief editorial on an investment, retirement,
tax, or legacy topic.
"To
Your Good Fortune"
Year By Year
Just
for the record, here's our year by year record of individual
investment plan returns.

OUR
OBJECTIVES: We give the private investor a system to maximize
investment gain without the burden of becoming a financial
expert.
We
offer the returns previously restricted to personal money
management clients without the high fees.
We
simply give the funds to buy/sell and the specific day for
best return and lowest volatility. No waffling, no reading
between the lines on what is meant. The Goals are simple...
- No
losses over a 12 month period
- Beat
the S&P 500 Index by at least 5% a year.
- Achieve
at least 30%, 20% and 10% in our three investment plans
- Financial
lifecycle - provide the information and motivation for financial
independence.
Our system usually requires just six to nine actions a year which are
organized to avoid Fidelity's short-term exchange fee. As Fidelity has
eliminated its one-time sales charge, you have no commissions or loads.
Our holding periods are well under one year, so we pay short-term capital
gains tax unless investing through an IRA, Keogh or 401(k) plan. Our goal
is to beat the S&P 500 Index after these taxes and inflation.

We
invite you to give it a try
Our
investment approach is built on four sound principles:
Fund Selection, Trading, Market Timing
and Asset Allocation.
Worked
properly Its a powerful combination. We can make it very easy
for you.
($)
FUND SELECTION: We select mutual funds by a statistically
proven computer model which ranks the best funds to hold based
on their targeted gain over the next eight weeks. Let's face
it... we are momentum investors.
We
don't wait for undiscovered value; time is too short. Our
average winner makes 4.4% in 9 weeks; our average loser drops
1.5%. That is enough for our clients to make 20% a year in our Maximum Compounding Plan.
($)
TRADING Our system usually requires just six to nine actions
a year structured to avoid short-term exchange fees. We exchange
on days known to have lowest market volatility. After Fidelity's
one time 3% charge, you have no further commissions or loads.
. As our holding periods are well under one year,so we pay
a lot of short term capital gains tax.
This
is still better than the "buy, hold and pray" that long term
investors suffer with. When a better investment comes along
we move to it promptly, not agonizing for months
($)
ASSET ALLOCATION Good Fortune provides three investment
plans for: Maximum Compounding, Diversification and Income.
We guide subscribers on the highest gains in their early years
and then how to diversify across the plans as their portfolio

market recap newsletter.
Imagine
the comfort you can have knowing the market is with you when
you get in, and switching when the time is right. That is
Good Fortune Investing. And
